A launch needs enough variation to stay interesting and enough consistency to stay recognizable. Repeating one hero image across every format would do neither.
We treated each layout as a different view into the same transparent cell. Tall formats follow the light path; wide formats show the whole assembly. The text changes its rhythm with the frame.
